Both can take good photos, but 450D will have more control for the user.

只係個人意見，用開入門機的人，用左咁耐都應該想upgrade中階如50D，如價錢問題的話，我寧願儲多D錢，換機都係想有全面升級的感覺。

If you didn't know the different between 300d & 450d, I think you don't need to upgrade your DSLR.
