As above. Have the 450D for around 2.5 years already. Thinking about upgrading to match up with my recent purchased 24-70mm f/2.8 L lens. I have taken the 60D/7D into consideration. I like the new AF system on the 7D, but I like the new flip LCD screen on the 60D too. Which one should I go for.

My 450D just sounds very ancient when look into ISO performance....it tops out at 1600ISO.
