Which software are you using? If you are using DPP, there is a bulk function. If you are using Lightroom, you can select multiple Raw files and operate them at the same time.

In DPP

1) 揀你要轉FORMAT既RAW相
2) 上面有個 "Select All" button
3) File > Batch Process > 擇轉完相的 Location > Execute
(此step 可以一次過 Resize 張相)
