你想要咩效果呢?
最簡單用閃光燈, 如果唔用閃, 就用中央局部測光或點測光對主體測光, 主體會正常曝光, 但背景會爆哂!!
最好當然用外閃調教最合適光度補光,

The best way to learn how to 背光之下影人 is M mode.
Beginners always rely on the meter and therefore use P Av Tv only. However, 背光 would always give a false measurement, therefore you have to + EV.....
But the most effective way is that you compare Pmode and M mode setting by your own and then you will have a coverage of understand of metering of light instead of remember the +1.5EV or - 1 EV
