I'm new comer, I use Canon 350D, does it has a mount to use Sony Zeiss 16-80 lens?

Yes, but you have to check whether the one you want is support ZF. For example, 85mm F1.4 ZA Carl Zeiss Planar T* supports ZF. Otherwise, it can't. Wish it can help.

P.S. Be aware that Zeiss Lens only support manual focus as well.
