如果EF 70 - 200 F2.8 IS USM + EXTENDER 1.4 效果OK 嗎...?

For wildlife, landscape & sport event. This L Len is shape and it has the best zoom range so far. Focuses fast and quietly.
1) 1st level IS - Older technology, but still helpful in low light & still objects. Turn off when using tripod.
2) Push & Pull zoom - I found it easy to use. Some says, "easy to hide dust". I don't see that problem, just clean it after use.

with extenders:
1) Not able to AF

70-200 IS
General purpose - very useful zoom range with excellent image quality, professional build quality. Focuses even faster.
1) 3rd level IS - Newer technology. Working well will bigger f/stop in low light.
2) f/2.8 - bigger f/stop. Great for low light environment.

With 1.4x extender.
1) f stop from f/2.8 to f/4
2) Zoom range from 70-200 to 98-280
3) Able to use AF
4) Photo quality - shape

With 2x extender.
1) f stop from f/2.8 to f/5.6
2) Zoom range from 70-200 to 140-400
3) Able to use AF
4) Photo quality - Not as shape as 100-400

In my opinion, it's really depends on your need. For mostly birds and wildlife, I prefer you buy 100-400. If for general use or about everything else, you can consider 70-200 with extenders.
Personally, I more interested in 70-200 IS with extenders. Because it is simply a excellent Len and newer technology. But the price and weight is more higher and heavier.
