我09尾入左50D
我覺得佢真係幾好, 質料扎實, 出品都唔差

但眼見d 新機 好似越黎越勁, 好商業化呢....
對住d新機, 唯一覺得佢地有咩好過自己部機其實係重量...
對我呢d興趣用家黎講, 公司佢點推個spec 上去都係為左新意吸引人

我幾年內都唔會去換機, 直至佢為左我而死, 人生第一部既單鏡, 有感情

其實想大家發表下對50d 既見解..

好機一部，但快門唔耐用。

i think 40D is good enough
the ISO start from 1250 / 1600 very bad,
12800 just a number,
cannot use.

just traveling, lifestyle picture, good enough!
and shutter sound is good!!

50D is my second body (300D is the first one). It gave me the biggest impact and it really felt solid and a big jump from previous body. The shutter feels so much better than my 5D2 which I use now.

But image quality wise, even i was using primes and L zooms, the same lenses now give me much better outputs.

I missed the control and response my 50D did, but I never look back after upgrading.

其實現在出Ｄ入門級如550d.無論功能及晝質已完全超越50d了.

開頭用50D覺得好用... 但係缺點係得9點... 成日想構圖主體都唔係落o係對焦點上... 影closeup shot 同大光圈鏡... 都要落少少手動微調... 又唔係支支鏡
當時因為一仔真係貴... 自己機唔捨得買...
直至7D出現... 發現係另一個境界... 對焦速度準確度... 測光都有提升... 由其是有一排影生態多... 覺得50D比7D 真係差幾遠o下...
當然有d 人覺得50D已經好足夠... 但係個個人用機都有唔同感受...
50D的確係好機... 依家二手價都仲幾硬淨...

I agree, I think 40D & 50D are the best choice as starting gear to try Canon things~

Yes, but if beginner like to look for good control & strong body. Even 60D is not good(strong) as 40D/50D. 40D/50D PQ are the best for strong body with up-to-date photo quality.

If you like DSLR take movie, ok then 40D/50D are outdated.

One draw back: Viewfinder not 100% :(
New machine with new technology is always better but this camera is good enough for me. I think I can still use it for another 2 -3 years... What am I kidding my other camera 350D is working well with me :) So this 50D might probably last for a very long time.
