If I take RAW + JPEG in camera, how can I only delete some RAW files during the trip?

The case is that if I satisfy with some JPEG photos already, I don't need to do it in RAW post-processing, how can I delete those RAW files without deleting the JPEG file?

Should be no way in doing this. I am not sure but I know if it is 5D3, it can convert the RAW to jpg directly, but I don't know if it can be regarded as a separated file in the CF card, didn't tried it out yet.
