When I was using 20D, I used to take all RAW photos as the photos really need post-editing, the direct output to quite plain.
After upgraded to 5D3, I found that the direct output JPEG is quite good in quality and accurate colour tone which is good for direct editing in PS. Therefore with two card slot I tend to take S or M jpeg and Large-RAW on separate cards.
If in Hong Kong, I just download them to my computer, make a quick check to see if I don't need that RAW file for deep editing, I just simply delete it. I don't need to keep all RAW files like previously.
If I am travelling, I can quickly review the RAW files at hotel and delete those that I would need it for 22MP or deep editing. That safe me more storage space.

I just bought a new SDHC (UHS-I) today and put it in my 5D3 SD card slot.
even with its high speed R&W performance, SD will never beat CF, so I will use CF for video recording and shoot large RAW, for the large jpeg, it will be saved in the SDHC.

So when I review photos on the screen (usually I will set SD card slot for playing back jpeg), I will delete those LRAWs which i know for sure I won't need any editing on it, but just leave the L jpeg in the SD, and when I come back home, size of L jpeg is not too big, i don't mind if they are downloaded into my computer.

I will keep 1 copy of Raw only, and 2 copied of jpeg in separate drives.
