i used 40D and 17-85mm Kit, when using AV mode and TV mode... the shuttle will not release until i switch off the body... both lens and body are working normal in other mode....

something wrong with the body or lens?

i finally sorted out the problem after consulting Canon CS, the problem was due to my wrong configuration to 40D's CF setting.. i turned on the len lock for night shot...
