我在銅鑼灣皇室堡分行買了一部Canon 6d剩機身及全新記憶咭。回家後不是即日用，卻在第一次用這部相機拍照時，發現檔案是IMG 8320而非IMG 0001。這令我懷疑相機不是全新。
或是手持是一部Demo機 :(

咁你買機時試機係唔係都用果張全新的咭試,定用其他舊咭試
因為只要用張舊咭試過一次,就會跟左舊咭個號碼

如果當時你已經用新咭試或者你冇試,就可能之前有其他人用舊咭試過部機

What is the shutter count?
There are a lot of possibilities inside, maybe this is an exchanged camera (i.e. buyer returned within 7 days of purchase).

I check the shutter count in the battery info, am I right? it is two hundred something.

did you see my reply? why not try eosmsg??

1. go to this website, http://www.eosmsg.com/
2. download and install the exe file
3. connect your 6d to computer by using a usb cable
4. if everything ok, the shutter count will be shown on the screen

if you worry about the exe file contains virus, use a virtual machine to install it, but it will be another story if you are not an advanced computer user.

Or simply visiting Canon CS and asked them to check the shutter count for you.

Shutter count in battery info is not the exact one, as it counts from last charging.

Frankly, if no other issue, I think it is ok to live with that because normal DSLR shutter can afford over 100,000 usage.
