Personal experience : 2 pcs Sandixk CF (16GB Extreme, 32GB Extreme Pro) for 2 months and 6 months during 2013 on my 5D3.

They died in a sudden without reason and could not be read by any card reader.

I sent to customer service to rescue my photos (RAW) but failed (Same result as any other brand CF card) . Luckily I still got the JPG copy at SD cards.

Now, I use Transcxnd 32GB ( 45W / 90R M/s) 400x and Toshida EXCERIA PRO 32GB (150W / 160R M/s) 1066x for 1 years.

Touch wood that they don't fail me yet.

I feel confidence with Transcend as current CF card is Transcend 32GB 133x which has been used since 2008. Still working healthily but just a bit slow for RAW, jpeg is ok. I sometimes do editing on 5D3 directly during transportation hours in order to save my time. Therefore the current card is a bit slow while for SD card no matter how fast it is, 5D3 just couldn't utilize.

You cannot ask for more on SD card.

For CF, high recommend Toshida EXCERIA PRO 32GB (150W / 160R M/s) 1066x for RAW .
