唔正常, 可能:

1. 入左沙/硬物導致刮花
2. 枝鏡既轉動部份有問題, 導致刮光

that's why I don't buy zoom lens

thank you. I called Canon and they said I should bring it in for checkup. The lens is still under warranty so maybe they can fix it for me for free. The operator also mentioned that during assembly, the inner barrel and outer should have a gap, if assembly have problem, the lens will bend slightly with a hard grip to zoom, that's what happened to mine I think.
