why did people sell it over $4000 in 2nd hand market?

I did not check the (行) price.

actually i am a beginner...
for my understanding,,,
the diff between (行)& (水) is the warranty & price.
the quality of (行)& (水) is the same.

and almost 2nd does not have warranty...

so for the case, no warranty, same price .. why do people buy the old lens (maybe 90% new)...

(i just want to know... not argue...) actually... i am planning to buy this lens... but i was confused...thx

REASON

"water good" in HK may not be actually NEW!

Some of them are actually the refurbish items from the USA where they have the "money back warranty".

Some of them, especially those in MK (sxx txk), (sxx cixx), WanChai, the "water good" are in fact "2nd hand good"

That is why I seldom buy "US water good", I buy many "JAPANESE water goods" because they are just as good as the "hong good"
