無usm,對焦好慢,但由於性價比極高,好多朋友都有收藏.
光圈收到 f/2.5成像都ok.
老老實,質素真你唔及其中定焦大光圈,如50f/1.4, 28 f/1.8 等.勝在平,抵買.

Canon & Nikon make many plastic lens, BUT with very high performance over price ratio!

It's a super cheap lens that produces super GOOD pictures,

photos are much much sharper than any lens for Canon in 2 times this price range. That is no other lens within $1300 hkd can beat this EF50 1.8 in terms of high resolution, high contrast, near no CA etc....

物超所值!! 最大缺點係手動對焦時鏡頭向下會受地深吸力影響而自動變焦... XD

我買過50mm 1.4, 依家用o既係50mm 1.8, 只計成像唔覺有乜分別, 最大分別都係外形同手感.

superb when in use in daylight without external flash but something encounter focusing problems when used in night time with external flash; not sure whether it is because it is non-TTL compatible or not?

This lens is very plastic outlook, but comes out superb good image quality according this price rang. I got one few months ago, not regret until now.
I agree with C.Hing Obi-Wan, this len much buy for Canon fans.

我用過EF50 1.8, EF 50 1.4, 同埋 EF 85 1.8~~

三支鏡, 最近似L鏡顏色0既就係50 1.8, 光圈2.8以上就比較sharp, 平靚正~~

之後因為心理因素, 同埋有好多師兄都話好正, 就買0左支50 1.4, 結果好失望, 鏡身結構基本上同50 1.8冇咩分別, 唔係內對焦, 感覺支鏡好易壞; 光圈1.4似乎有D扼人, 因為實在好化, 我意思係主體好化, 咁樣當然散景都好化啦, 起碼要開到2.5先叫做好D, 既然1.4成像咁差, 點解鑑硬保留1.4就出呢支所謂大光圈鏡頭? 實在名過於實, 還有影出0黎顏色好怪, 或者係唔0岩我心水掛; 理解佢只係賣二千幾蚊0既鏡, 唔可以太高要求; 最後終於頂唔順, 唔夠兩個月就賣0左佢喇~~

以非L鏡之人像鏡頭之中, 85 1.8係暫時最滿意0既一支, 真正內對焦, 1.8係可用光圈, 顏色同層次分明; 我影人主要係用 EF 70-200 f/4L IS USM 影大頭同半身, 用85 1.8 就影大半身同全身, 彌補70-200散景唔夠淺之不足~~

總結, 選擇鏡頭, 一定要信自己對眼, 我之前就係0係肥花0既用家心得參考好多師兄0既意見, 先決定買50 1.4, 結果......唉~~ 其實我0係其他外地攝影網站都有其他師兄都俾0左好多忠告; 不過二手賣0番出去都係蝕幾百0者, 只係行0左好多冤枉路0者~~ 當然理解用L鏡會滿意D, 但係咁貴唔係人人玩得起啦~~

呢評呢支鏡好定壞,一定係好,但係唔係指成像超班,而係性價比超班,唔駛700既情況下有f1.8(收光圈至f2.8已不俗),色水不錯,解像亦不比其上位鏡(50 f1.4)差,窮人三寶唔係浪得虛名(我係窮人,所以用緊)

agree with you, there is very very little difference between the EF .8 & .4

one more remark from my .8 & .4, my .8's flare is worst than my .4, but my friend's .4's flare is similar to my .8. May be the .4 build quality is not that good.
