包圍對焦....Only applicable during Manual Focus (MF). It will take 3 shots (1 at focus you manually set, 1 a bit to the back, 1 a bit to the front).

Only usable when you really can't focus, and can't determine if your MF is actually in focus.

It's pretty much like 包圍式暴光, you can adjust the spread from really close to the centre, to farthest apart. I do not have the exact answer either.

But I guess, if you set the manual focus at, say 10cm, then the bracketing shots will be at like 11cm and 9cm respectively, if you set the spread to be closer to the centre value. If you set the spread further apart, then the bracketing shots will be at like 13cm and 7cm, and so forth.

Try play around, and you will know what I mean.

But I've experimed with this function, and I think it's not all that obvious unless the subject is really close (like in Macro mode), since the DC does not have a very short depth of field (淺景深), like DSLR.
