Hi

i have 85mm 1.8 but i want to change to 135 2,is it worth???
i m using 5DmkII and think that 85 is not tele enough...

Price difference is acceptable for me,just want to compare the output performance...there are similar or really have great difference???

135 L , 35 L ,85L 全好.

玩canon 最好是 紅圈L定焦 , 紅圈白鏡. 看看友牌的定焦和長鏡list
好明顯canon 出色,陣容全面.

135/2L is 1 notch over 85/1.8 ... I have both but I'd say that they are complimentary

keep 85/1.8 unless you want to upgrade to 85/1.2L which (I don't have) many people regard as even better than 135/2L

For picture quality, 135 F2L is over 85 F1.8 a lot. But 85 is more useable in door environment.

philun , depends on what camera you are using FF or APS-C

If FF, 135 is very good for you.

but APS-c, 135 may be a bit too tele.

i used 85 1.8 and 85 1.2II before on FF. 85 1.2II is nicer, but too too too slow in AF.

135mm 2 i never try,would love to try.

But now i change to 70200 2.8 IS for that range of portrait. I know its not as big as f2 or f1.2 but it gives flexiability while quality still very good.
