小弟係新手...個零月前入左500D 細kit,
影左都有幾次相, 其實都好OK架喇我覺得支kit len,
不過當想影遠少少既野時就影極都影唔到想影既位...
唔知各位師兄對呢支鏡有無咩意見呢?
或者有無其他意見?副廠鏡都無所謂~
因為我想搵支平平地又可以"一鏡走天涯",
等我有番咁上下技術先再考慮其他~

55-250IS不錯,我也強力建議,不用2000元已有好的鏡,加上Kit Len 18-55,那由18-250都已cover,也可享受換鏡的樂趣
18-200也是好鏡,不過太貴了,要4600左右

The image quality of 18-55 IS and 55-250 IS will be better than 18-200 especially at the edge and corner. The only reason for you to buy 18-200 IS over 55-250 IS is you don't need to change lens.

Sorry missed one more point, the front element of the 18-200 will not rotate during focus so if you use filter like polariser will be easier.

55-250影人 NOT very good as the f no. is not small (aperture not large)
if 影人, a must-buy lens for beginner is 50/f1.8, just below $700, but the "bokeh" of this lens is not circular after f2.8 (not as nice as sigma 50/1.4 or canon 50/1.4)

樓上Panda1802師兄都講得好岩，買埋支55-250都夠cover，最經濟既選擇黎！
如果真係想買多支天涯鏡的話我建議你可以考慮副廠Tamron AF 18-270mm F3.5-6.3 Di II VC，我都用緊，去旅行又唔想拎咁多鏡真係一流，價錢大約4050-4150，平過支Canon 18-200mm，同埋防震效果一流。

去旅行一枝Tamron 18-270已夠了,你根本是沒時間去換鏡,我試過帶兩鏡,結果只用是常用一鏡,除非你是參加攝影團,那就儘帶
50 f/1.8是原廠鏡,又平又好玩,不用$700,如要求不高,是必買作人像鏡

Long time no see. Recently, I went to Macau for a trip with several friends and my family, We spend 3days two night in Macau and we did not go to the casino but still find time is no enough.

If you would like to spend time in Macau actually I feel it has more scenery for photography than HK. We spend a half day walking along a trail called Macau World Heritage. The length only around 2 km but there are about twenty something heritage spot for photography, mainly beautiful old buildings, churches, temples etc.

May be I can post some photos later in the Canon photo session in this forum.

Actually I went to Macau earlier this month before the lotus flowers exhibition. So I missed it. Unfortunately, it rained as well. So I took very few photos. I posted one photo (at the Canon DSLR photo thread) which I had taken outside Wynne Hotel at the night when the show came on. The rooms at Wynne are great. You may try it next time.

I only brought 450D kit to Macau because of weight. I would not bring my better (but heavier) lens when I go on trip. A bit pity. But I would rather enjoy the trips. Maybe I am getting old. Ha ha.
