$充足可以考慮canon 24-105 L, 不過呢支鏡唔係幾夠wide, 重好多, 唔夠tele. , 但係quality 唔錯~~~

please do NOT buy 天涯鏡, wasting money to buy this kind of lens.

Neither canon 18-200 nor tarmon 18-270 is good,

you won't get good pictures with them

It is better to buy 2 lenses with shorter range of focal length.

天涯鏡 has its advantage, e.g. when u are hiking, on the beach, snow mountain etc.... U JUST CAN'T EASILY CHANGE LENS (what if the dust, sand, snow etc. get inside your DSLR CMOS?)

if really want picture quality, every one would go for prime lenses!

I have the following 天涯鏡
Tamron 18-200 (quality: 2/10)
Sigma 18-200 (non OS) (quality:3/10)
Canon 18-200/IS (quality: 4/10)


picture quality up to 4R to A4 is ok good, but if u enlarge the photos, the picture will be very soft, BUT how many of u enlarge the photo to that size?

As a comparison, 24-105IS (7/10), 70-200/f2.8 (8/10), 70-200/f4 IS (10/10)

I cut some comment from there below:

Conclusion - Pros

* Remarkable 15x focal length range
* Impressive image quality in the normal to short telephoto range
* Excellent resistance to flare
* Effective vibration correction system, at least 3 stops benefit
* Reasonably compact despite the long telephoto range

Conclusion - Cons

* Slow and occasionally indecisive autofocus
* Geometric distortion across much of the zoom range
* Significant chromatic aberration at wideangle and telephoto (especially 270mm)
* Macro performance rather compromised (very soft at F6.3, focus shifts on stopping down)
* Uneven zoom action, zoom creep when not locked
* Slightly sub-par build quality

小小白IS is the sharpest zoom lens I ever used, really sharp sharp from center to edge even at f4. I borrowed my friend's 小小白IS & totally attracted by the quality of 小小白IS . It is really the best zoom lens CANON ever made

小白IS cannot compare with it at f4
also the IS of 小白IS is weaker than 小小白IS, so 小小白IS very easy to get sharp photos
