用500D錄左HD video之後，係唔係唔可以錄入dvd上，因為dvd冇1080線？

如果係咁，係咪一定要用500d播？點同人地share video如果唔可以用dvd?

Right and wrong, you can't save it on DVD as DVD media format but you can save it as the Quicktime format but it can't be play by DVD player.

The Quicktime format can be play by PC of course with min. system requirement otherwise the movie will not be smooth.

You can also convert the file to other medium format.

I use K-lite codec pack, it is free and come with a player, just search for it.

Thanks. Is it true that we can use flash drive on most HD video players? If so, we can use flash drive to share. I suppose 8G flash drive is much more expensive than SD.

First, you must be clear what is your target to achieve.
First you said DVD player than now you said HD video player.
They are very different.

If you play on DVD player, depends on that DVD player have USB socket to play flash drive or not ? Next can it play that .MOV format ?

DVD player which does not have play USB drive material function (ie read disc function only), means most likely its output is far less than 1080p in terms of resolution. If you must use DVD player to play, you must use software to downgrade the resolution of your Canon 1080p movie and converty into DVD player readable file format (eg VOB). This is not the best way since there is a downgrade, but it is good in the sense it is playable in every DVD player and might be a choice if you want to distribute to many friends.

If you care quality/resolution and do not need to distribute, best is play from PC or player that can play 1080 file and output directly to your HD TV.

Thanks. I am thinking how to share and play full HD video (not downgraded to lower resolution). I understand that there are players for full HD video with flash drive. I do not know that there are DVD players which can use flash drive to play full HD video. But it appears from your message that there are DVD players with USB socket and full HD capability. Am I right?

My DVD player can play USB flash drive material.
But I am not sure if it can play 1080p or not.

我有個高清機頂盒係可play 到 USB 手指上的 Blue ray 同 1080p .ts file
但就 play 唔到 .mov file

所以你要問自已要D乜

Sharing <<< 你要個個人部機都睇到 <<< 就 DVD format
但DVD format resolution 小過 1080p 好多好多

自已睇 <<< 咁就睇你個 hardware
(PC, HD video player 高清機頂盒 etc) 盡可能一定唔好downgrade 去DVD format 了

不過無 Canon 500D 的 1080p 咁勁
要downgrade 到 720

720 resolution 都高過DVD了

應該有D web 可落 password or member 自已友先睇得但你要搵搵了
