其實駛唔駛IS好睇你自己, 如果你對自己隻手有信心咪唔駛囉~
但係我既意見就係, 如果焦距OVER 100MM, 最好都係有IS會保險D. ^^ (當然要係 BUDGET 許可既情況下啦 :P)

both are excellent lense, if has enough $, buy IS
Some folks said the IS one is sharper, some said non_IS sharper. My copies of these 2 lenses give images that you cannot distinguish, but both lenses are not as sharp as 70-200 f4 IS

solution 1: use flash without using A mode
solution 2: push ISO to allow faster shutter speed
solution 3: use tripod to allow lower shutter speed
solution 4: use continuous shooting at the lowest shutter speed, choose the one without much handshaking
solution 5: practise yourself to prevent handshaking

唔得
because
1: no flash is allowed, e.g. museum
2. already at the hightest ISO
3. cannot use tripod, e.g. museum
4. cannot make noisy shutter sound, e.g. in piano concert
5. you have in-born handshake just like me

therefore no definite answer
