I use both CANON & NIKON, some lenses of NIKON is sharper, somes lenses of CANON is sharper.

In general, for the cheap cheap kit lens, the NIKON ones are in fact sharper than CANON one, e.g. 18-55 Nikon is sharper than 18-55 (non IS) of Nikon, 18-55VR nikon is sharper than 18-55IS

BUT on the other hands, NONE of nikon's telephoto zoom lenses has the sharpness of CANON 70-200/f4 IS or even 70-200/f2.8

canon 色彩層次就會豐富d. 針無兩頭利

nikon 影女 ,色水太濃,好容易起暗紋.


canon 柔中有利....我覺得平衡最好.

In digital world, the photo sharpness can be tuned easily to compensate on the less sharp characteristic of lens........eg. if you think your 18-55 is not sharp enough, you can tune the sharpness higher in post processing.

Of course, making blur to a sharp lens would be easier than making sharp in a less sharp lens. But post processing in digital world really helps the user who cannot afford expensive high quality lenses.

If you only see HD is the mainly reason of shooting photo, nikon is a better choice. Nikon also has better AF system before the introduction of 7D.

But Personally, I can't accept the color that nikon produce. Too fake.

根本nikon 同canon 機內出相o既contrast/sharpness/saturation 等等o既default settings 都唔同...
除o左呢d settings... 人/機/鏡都對成像有影響...
當然樓主o既主觀感覺唔會有人質疑... 但係太多因素影響喇...
如果真係好熱愛sharp sharp sharp 又鍾意nikon 多d 就用nikon... =D
最緊要影得開心.. :P

becasue nikon aways defaut with high sharpness and very high contract
also nikon is a little bit may be 1/3 or more over

if you set canon upper of contract and sharpness
you will feel very near

i can say about sharp canon aways can very sharp but because nikon make the picture very bright and make user feel very attrative so why people say nikon sharper than canon
but finally the birght and attractive picture make lose of some small detail

so i still feel canon sharpness and color is better

canon 絕對可以set sharp. 可以做到nikon效果.

我次次見d nikon友影d相 , 色水較真人暗 和濃. 面太多豆豆,.
根本相效果唔好.

一張nikon 機人像相, 真的唔好睇.

好相唔係....放大隻眼...好sharp,aharp,sharp就是好.,...........哈哈
基本色彩色水最重要,再是構圖.意景



canon 可以影好利的,影人,山水,植物 全可以. 好多日本,世界大師用canon.
人地好喜歡canon.

自己要有自信,唔好隨意看了其他的相.就話唔好. 自己技術重要.


dcfever 人像區相 ,nikon 機影的所謂靚相,好大部分要software 汁汁,去豆,去沙皮, 白平衡改改....先至出到靚相.


有時真唔明,甘搞己不是nikon 味道la ......哈哈

唔信去DCFEVER 睇人像區相 lo. 大把證據.................哈哈

果d nikon 相 冇可能直出 ,多是大改特改.

sharp 真係咁緊要? sharp 真係相o既首要條件? 幾sharp 先至夠sharp?
近期去開dpreview 睇到呢個challenge series... 頭幾十位d 相咩相機影都有咁滯... 有d 原圖係好似有d 手震或者叫做唔"sharp".. 但係睇返challenge o既size... 意境構圖一流...

very good question..........i don't have an answer for that

let me try it tonight by using a prime and a kit lens and compare the difference...... I post here when I have my conclusion...

你對. 還有n記 機身,同鏡既質數 同 功能 都高過 c記!
但我鍾意canon影出黎既相law
ps: 我唔係c記fans ,只是我用c記
