I want to setup an online photo album. My requirements are as follows:

(1) free of charge
(2) at least 200MB storage
(3) other persons can download the original files that I uploaded to the website (because I know that only small sized files can be downloaded from some of the online photo album after the original photos are uploaded)

Please help. I am a beginner to photography as well as setting up online photo album.

I use photobucket but recently the band width hit the limit and photo can be linked to other website like posting photo here. Now I paid HK$200 for 1 year service which have 25G storage limit and unlimit band width.

Donno if it is good or not.

e.g., previously I use webshot, after I upload the original file, I can only download the resized photo (not original photo). So I want to know which photo album can let me or my friend to download the original photos. Thanks.

I'm using Picasa to share my photos. If you upload the photo in full size then your viewer can download the full sized photo.
