I'm using 50D.
Just want to ask all Ching here how would you download your photo to your computer.
1. Take out the CF card, use a card reader to direct "copy and paste" to computer; or
2. By using the Canon provided software and interface cable to download the photo.

我都用1，但如果影的係jpg，我會傾向用windows內置的自動過相(vista)，好處係佢一次過幫我開個有日期的folder名，入面相file的名亦一次過跟番，幾好。

I used method 1 too.
BTW, even you insert CF card into card slot/reader, you can still choose Canon's program for photos transfer from your card to PC.

I am now using method 1,
I believed the transfer speed of method 1 is faster than method 2.
But, worry that it will damage the CF slot after a long time because of always take out and put in the card, do you think so?
