Ching...please help!!
I couldn't download the 7D raw images to my computer. I got this message:

"Canon RAW Codec found a new CR2 file that is not supported by the installed version. You can download the Canon RAW Codec update from the link below. CANON SERVER."

Any ching have this problem? Can CS3/4 open? I tried and still doesn't work.

Not sure about CS but you should be able to open it by using Canon DPP.

Have you installed the DPP? Maybe you can try installing the DPP then open it using CS.

Thanks. I'll try DPP, but I would prefer CS to support the new 7D raw format. Let me try try sin.

Now I just know CS3 can't open 7D RAW but I'm not sure CS4 can or not.

You can use the Canon DPP to open it but the DPP must the 7.1 or upper version. It included in the your 7D pack and it is in the offical Canon software CD.

Sorry I typed wrong, the Canon DPP latest version is 3.7.1.1
