本人的相機並無 sRAW，故有此一問

RAW Full Resolution Output, 過千萬像素，ISO 於1600開始好易見noise
sRAW 得 Full Resolution 的 一半 甚至 四分一，noise 會否少D

有無師兄可以post兩張相 (同一環境，同一setting)
1. 影RAW，resize 去到 sRAW的size
2. 影sRAW

你提出這個問題"非常好"，我也有考慮過。皆因最近用7D比較多發覺RAW at 25M 大小的相片中，如果天氣九陰"noise"非常明顯，比40D還要明顯。

詳細比較之下發現:
5DII sRAW1 用3861x 2574 pix, 14.8M at 1000萬像;
7D, mRAW 用 3888x 2592 pix, 17.1M at 1010萬像;
40D RAW 同樣使用 3888x 2592 pix, 12.4M at 1050萬像。
7D功能上，確實非常好，可惜似乎由於要勉強壓縮CMOS而達致1790萬像素，noise必然加劇。退而求其次，若果7D mRAW的1010萬像，有師兄可以作出這些比較，並且有肯定的正面發現，那就太好了，相信同樣可以解答我的這個疑惑。 :)

睇完ching既相作比較, 好以sRAW好d咁喎~

但如果40d, 係咪冇分別？

首先多謝 Obi 師兄咁夜都無私地upload相俾大家作參考

我睇完有以下見解 (見解可能受公司個Mon質素影響的)
1. Full RAW 再 Resize 有著較多的detail及pixel sharpness
2. 未見得 sRAW 的 Noise比 full RAW 少

#由於本人甚少聞相，故用詞若有不當，還請眾位師兄指點……

if u "聞相", u will never be happy! I personally don't mind noise, as this is more realistic as shooting ISO 400 film, it is natural to have grains. The noise at high ISO just like grains.

不過話時話，我覺得Digital Noise 同 Film Grain 唔同味，但唔識形容個分別

大概係
Film Grain 係每點收縮時都粗了，點與點變得分離了
Digital Noise 係點與點之間多了一些白點及紅點

請指教！！

u can adjust the chroma noise level & luminance noise level

if less chroma noise but allow more luminance noise, the noise is more grain -like
