I bought a Vosonic VP8870 about 1 year ago, there is 320G storage and a good 4" LCD and it can view raw file too, very nice for travel, around $2500 if I recall correctly.

May you consider a Netbook. ~HK3000.
It had 160G hard disk (~100G free for your storage). I used it in oversea trip and view Raw files, access to Internet etc.
