Pushing the filter toward the lens itself and twisting. A flat, rubber jar lid opener may be the solution - lay the jar opener flat on a solid, smooth surface and place the filter down onto it. Twist the lens barrel while applying pressure against the jar opener (taking care to avoid damage to the lens). Another option is to attempt hand-removing the filter while wearing a rubber dishwashing glove. Or the best solution - use an inexpensive plastic Lens Filter Wrenches.

DIY : 毛巾, 橡膠圈,......都唔得就極度冒險用滾水沿邊拖一圈, 一來冷縮熱脹, 二來解決兩者邊緣因手汗引起氧化or鹽結精(後果自負)

再簡單D, 用家居木櫃之門or櫃筒, 兩邊壓實filter再擰鏡頭, 好有效, 但木櫃花硬, 愈花愈實

what kinda filter (cpl or uv). Coz i had a same problem before. If the cpl type, pull the front one and than twist. it worked on me
