I had my 5DmII (bought only one month ago) serviced today for some dust and hair in the viewfinder and CMOS... The lady (name Amy) greeted me with smiles and courtesy. I told her my needs and she kindly arranged quick service for me. About an hour later, the "C Fu" told me I blow a brush hair into the CMOS and he cleaned the hair and dust in the view finder for me. The "C Fu" also said he had discussed the matter with his senior and decided not to charge me on this occasion (normal charge is $300-HK). With less than 2 hours, I have my camera back with dust and hair remvoed. Brilliant.
