小弟是新丁, 想問filter是否必需? 作用是什麼?

First of all, there are many different kind of filters.
For example, UV, CPL etc.
The most common one is UV filter. It will block the UV rate caused by light and of course it will directly influence the quality and clearness of the photo. Also filter will protect your Len from dusts and scratches.
Together with the Len hood and filter, it will create more protection.

Last but not least, more popular filters are Kenko, B & W, Hoya etc.
