我諗住4月底左右買番部單反,

睇過下之後 諗住入手500D 或者 550D,

550D 就新D啦 (廢話 ), 同埋拍片好

不過我又極小極小拍片,

性能上又好似無咩大分別咁....(可能我唔識睇, 見諒 見諒)

咁既話, 如果無視左拍片功能, 入手500D 比較化算?

定係550D 有比 500D 優勝很多之處?

定埋想問下 如果買500D KIT OR 550D KIT, + 多支 Canon EF-S 55-250mm F4-5.6 IS

對新手黎講應該都夠用^^?

Here is my personal comments besides those from spec:
1) Light metering is better
2) Better purple color capturing
3) Better 3200 ISO
4) External flash more accurate by default and A-mode

新機點都會比舊機優勝啦, 如果唔係出黎都無意思啦,
但鏡頭就較為複習啲(除一代轉二代諸如此類), 因為唔同焦距有唔同效果, 要視乎你影乜多, 如果想一鏡走天漄, 我覺得支55-250就唔係好夠, 唔夠wide, 家人&朋友聚會會影唔晒啲人, 帶去旅行又影唔到 人+ 景 , 相比如果係一鏡 支18-200 會好用好多, 日常生活, 旅行都得, 個焦距好用好多 !

550D...got the great reputation "mini-7D". Has to beat 500D a lot.

For entry level, I would recommend either get the kit set with Canon 18-200 or body only then Tamron 18-270. Both are great lens, but Tamron go further out to 270mm, but Canon focus a little bit faster.

550D其實係7D的bady，內裡差不多一樣，所以我覺的550d唔係500d的升級，是7D的降級。
噤你話買 500D定7D好，噤一定係7D啦，so買550啦=p

有新當然買新...兩部機爭五百，五百蚊買進步左一年的科技，如我係你，我會買部500D二手，再用慳黎的錢買支好Ｄ的鏡~

Now I have 550D body + Sigma 18-50mm f2.8 MACRO.

I've consider 550D big kit before, but a friend told me kit lens' resell value is lower than a good lens. Instead of holding a less value lens, I prefer to pay a little more.

1) ISO 1600 and 3200, 550D is much better than 500D
2) 550D can capture the "deep purple" color which 500D or older cannot capture. No matter how good your lens is, it is impossible for a sensor to capture a color that it is unable to capture!
3) 550D light metering is much better than 500D or older models. The result is consistent and obvious.
