I am sorry I can't type in chinese, coz I'm in Melbourne now.

My camera - Cannon EOS 350 has a problem
I went to a tour last sunday and took my camera wih me of course
It works pretty well during the trip
but I can't turn it on after I came back to my apartment
I had try to charge the batteries full but still can't turn the camera on :[

what's the matter????
Is it about the weather coz is cold there...
I know this generation is old
but really really LOVE this camera
and lots of good view in Australia I want to take photos..

WHY I CANNOT TURN MY CAMERA ON????
Please help me.

I guess it's quite cold at your place right now
The camera should be put into your big cloth and warm it with your body whenever you are not using it. Because your camera and battery may not be able to withstand the cold whether....
Hope that your cam could be switched on inside room temp.

I'm auckland, NZ. It should not be under 0? I think is the contact of the battery. Try to just clean it with cloth, n remember to do the same in the camera side as well but be very careful...Good luck! send me some fotos la...

ur place may be too cold, but it shouldnot take too long to recover after u get in a warm place
I thought u ever did swap it from warm area into cold area.
so it's MIGHT still humid inside ur 350d.....
1. take off the lens,
2. take off the cap of body, then try to dry them both.
3. dry with spot night, humidity dry box, but dun use hair dryer.
4. use a different battery or adaptor to confirm no issue of the battery.
5. if...it still no working, take it to Canon, if it s the issue of battery contact, should fix easily.

btw, it always something would leave, so take care next time.
