          | Dead dot on LCD     Post time: 4 月 9 日 | |

          | Dear C Hings, I bought a new camera two months ago and it has no problem so far. But when I try to take a photo of the blue sky today, problems exist.

 1. There is a black dot on the photo. No matter what aperture I use, the dot remains and only the sharpness of the dot changes.

 2. I suddenly discovered a dead dot on the LCD of the camera.

 I would like to ask:

 1. Does Nikon warranty include the above problem?

 2. What can I do to solve the problems?

Sorry for the silly question and thanks for your advice in advance.

P.S. You can reply in Chinese as I can read Chinese.

          | Thanks for your advice. In fact, I went to Nikon CS this morning. They said they can only exchange the LCD for free if there are at least 5 dots. Otherwise, I have to pay for it even though it is within warranty. Also, I said there is a dust on the view finder. They help me to clean it originally. But when I got it back, there is more obvious dust that never existed before they clean it. I did asked them to clean it again but they said it is too deep in side which need to dissemble the clean to clean the prism, which means I have to pay again. x.x It makes me wonder what does the warranty include? Sigh~
