<Nikon AF 50mm f/1.4D>is the len good or not..?
my gear is D80. I have got the 35mm F2 for it is a great len.... so i wonder the AF 50mm 1.4 will be as good as the 35mm F2...

I don't see any bad 50/1.4 prime lens in world. This Carl Zeiss company's Planar design - using by every lens manufacturer in world - is proven to be one of the best optic designs for common photography.

As too many good 50mm prime lens available in market, no need to worry standard prime lens quality. Just think how it will be useful or not for you la~
