You can find cheap ones in Ap Liu Street (under $200).
There are 2 stores on Stanley Street selling BlackRapid's.
You can also find Sniper Snap (http://www.sun-sniper.com/en/sniper-strap-the-pro-steel-bear.html) in HK, however you can only buy them from their importer in HK, they don't sell them through retail stores. I was able to locate their HK importer (not on sun-sniper web site) but I had since lost their contact.
