Why pay double to Ricoh GRD4 when Nikon P310 do the Job??

I wanted to upgrade my GRD3 to GRD4, but when I had a serious look at the P310. I just wonder the upgrade is worth it or not?

Maybe i just get another new P310 instead. But I have 5 cams already!! How??
