I have HS10 & HS20. Price is similar! I would prefer AA battery of HS20 more than the special pack battery of HS30 where you can buy anywhere the disposal type batteries during your travel if chargeable one is disabled by certain reasons such as forgotten to charge or voltage different in other countries etc.
If you can find the HS10, I would highly recommend to buy this rather than HS20, HS25 or HS30. HS10's firmware has enabled the advantages of potential strength of the FUJINON lens from F2.2 to F29 usable. See document here:
