Could any Ching tell me what are the differences between the Gitzo's Series 1 & Series 2 tripods?! Besides, is it wise to also use the Gitzo Ball Head? My gear's maximum load will be a 50D+Hand-Grip+100-400mm etc. I need something secure & safe. Of ourse, light weight is a must too.

Good to know that 曬駱駝. BTW, any suggestion on Gitzo Ball Head? I mean besides from Markin!
