Tamron A09 or Tamron 16, which is better for taking night shots, I know both have f/2.8 but in terms of the width of the photo which is better?

I think depends on what type of photos u like to take.

I prefer landscape photos, is A09 suitable for night time (such as Victoria Harbour) night time shots?
I am going to buy a 2nd hand Tamron A09 lens soon, at the price of HK$1500, is this reasonable? The condition of the lens is 85% new.

Which DSLR you use?

Unless a FF DSLR, A09 with 28mm is ok. Don't know much about A09.
A16 is good in both quality and price, I got it around 2600. Good wide angle for landscape.

I will purchase a 2nd hand A61, I saw some photos from this lens, when it zooms the object and landscape is still quite wide, I think should be OK!
I am using Canon 450D with the Kit Lens and 1 Canon EF-S 55-250mm and 1 Tamron A13, this A13 is really wide!

Will A61 be wider than Canon EF-S 55-250mm for zoom shots?
