我買左G9差唔多3年了，依家想換過另一部功能好少少又輕身d既機，

原因係:
‧因為G9太大部了...(岩岩買果陣都仲覺得OK，但由於平時返工返學愈拎愈多野...有時又要拎埋NOTEBOOK..如果拎埋G9真係有D吃力)
‧唔夠wide...初初買果陣覺得唔係咩問題...但用耐左就覺得真係唔夠wide...
‧想要光圈大d既機，因為影夜景或昏暗既環境比較多，而本身又唔太鍾意落閃燈
‧由於金錢同輕便度所限，所以都係唔考慮轉dslr住


考慮因素:
大光園、wide(比G9 wide都已ok) 、iso既表現、拍片(拍video既次數都幾多)、價錢等等，
所以正考慮Canon PowerShot S95 或 Panasonic Lumix DMC-LX5 ，但都想聽下各位師兄有冇其他推介?

S95 has HD as well, and also some fancy video scene mode, but no optical zoom...Bad!!

S95 @ HK$3400

Size, Weight and Ergonomics
LX5 larger and heavier than S95, but LX5 has a bigger grip to hold
S95 much smaller and lighter than LX5

Convenience of Use
LX5 has a lens cap, good protection but slower response to take a snapshot.
S95 has auto lens cap, quick to take a snap.

Expansion (if you need to consider, of course)
LX5 has a hot shoe for you to add external flash, EVF, OVF. Teleconverter or Wide converter, or filter can also be added. But all extra parts are quite expensive, if original Pana parts.

So if video is a bigger concern, then LX5 should be your choice.
But if price is a even bigger concern, S95 is a good bargain.
If size is a definite consideration, S95 is definitely a winner.

Alternatively, you could consider the out-going model of LX3, you should be able to get one at $3200 or even cheaper now.

我會買canon powershot s95, 因為而家賣緊的powershot s90 d 相以dc來計實在太好

公司用緊panasonic lx3, 我用過好多次來影室內物件, 都有偏色現象, 而且好唔鍾意個設計
1. 想影相時, 個鏡頭蓋都唔知擺去邊, 阻住晒
2. 原裝相機袋好硬, 影相時又係唔知擺去邊
3. 一般的設定又收到好入, 要入幾個menu至改動得到
4. 影室內相(酒樓人物聚會), 用iso400唔開閃光燈, d相真係唔見得人, 反而我而家用緊嘅canon s90就好掂, 真係隨意也可以影到d靚相, 我在vatican和swarvoski crystal world用到iso800都唔差, 試過iso1600都可以接受, 你可以看看我的西歐之旅的照片比較下(前幾個post)

不過好多人話lx3好用, 影相好靚, 可能我真係唔識影相喇

To be fair, LX3 is not a bad DC at all, but you just have to live with its particular issues, such as lens cap, bigger size, user interface and menu being different from Canon.

I know many people do take great pix with Panasonic LX3. Same with its another line of compact zoom ZS3 and ZS7. Just some getting used to, but they are all wonderful DCs in their own rights, once you get used to.

But I would believe Canon S95 would also be an instant classic and one of the most popular DCs.
