想買prosumer, 有咩好介紹呢??

買SAMSUNG EX 1, 或者CANON G11

My top picks for prosumer DC are as follows,

If picture quality is the biggest concern

- Canon S95
- Canon G11 (or the "Coming Soon" G12?)
- Panasonic LX5

If you want longer zoom (12X or larger) and compact size

- Panasonic ZS7
- Fuji F300 fd

Can also consider (not on my "Recommendation List" though)
- Samsung EX1
- Ricoh GX200 (or its "Coming Soon" successor)

Another candidate is Sony NEX-3 or NEX 5, both have a much larger APS-C sensor, but the body is much smaller than traditional DSLR.

However, when the a standard kit lens (18-55mm) is attached, it's still much larger than the largest prosumer DC, like G11. But the picture quality is superb.

The compact size of S95 makes you can actually carry it every day, giving you more opportunity to use it, and still giving you great picture. G12 (supposedly similar in size to G11) would be way too bulky for everyday use. At least that's the case for me.

BTW, I'll get my S95 soon, as my backup when I carry my DSLR.

s95都縮咗水, g12應該都會細部d, 不過s95雖然有hd video, 不過得24frames, 唔知會唔會好窒

我前幾日去canon show room玩部s95,無錯,d function係幾好，
但個操作轉環唔掂...個環細...上面d齒又密又尖...係咁界我隻手指....
我用開G9部都係有轉環，但又舒服又順暢，長時間用都唔損手.....

借黎玩過比起s90 noise控制真係好左好多
我就覺得新果個控制環幾好,用起上黎舒服又快
