若用了閃燈, 光點很可能是

閃燈照亮了鏡頭前空氣中的塵粒

All black shot : ISO80, "M" mode, 1/1600s, F8.0, flash OFF, use a black card to cover up the lens. Take 2 shots.
All white shot : ISO80, "M" mode, 2s, F2.8, flash ON, shoot at a white surface from about 10-15cm distance. Take 2 shots.

Then carefully examine the black shots and white shots at 100% proportion for bright pixels (mostly red ones). If the bright pixels or black pixels appear in the same location of the 2 shots, then you definitely have a bright pixel or black pixel.

If dealer stock, take it to Canon C/S to see if they could fix the problem by "re-mapping" some of the bright pixels or dead pixels.

I had a few bright pixels of my G10 fixed by them, and they tried to explain that they fixed by "re-mapping the circuit", so something like that. It's now okay.

Alternatively, you could ask for an overhaul of the entire optical unit, i.e. the CCD sensor + the lens.

最後…

去左三間門市希望換過部機… 但由於正常燈光下係好難發現光點, 佢地最多都係發現兩點… 又會話部部都係咁…吾肯換…

最後要去Canon check…放底左五日先拎得返… (買左吾夠十日) … 佢都係出左張紙證明有light pot…(佢話如果要整要拎去原廠整…要個多星期)… 跟住即刻拎去門市換啦…點知又無貨… 叫我去另一間換…最後第二日去左另一間換… 又check到有兩點死點啦… 佢就話部部都係咁吾肯拎多部…都算啦… 又吾肯貼張新既保護貼… (我係另外一間佢都肯貼張新既俾我…) 又要限我得一日check…吾係掛…而家係你d貨有問題喎…

ps:果間大公司係F 字頭…
