I have had a Epson photo stylus 830. it has always had problems with that print head since the first month that i bough it. i used to use water to clean the holes of the ink cartridge, then the printing quality will become normal again. this time, i have done the same thing, but i wont work. can someone tell me what i can do to save my printer? thanks!

U have used the WRONG method to clean the print head.
You need to use the clean button of the printer to do so.
Please press the middle button on the printer case for 5 second, then the printer will do the head cleaning.
More than 90% that it can work again. If it does not work, I think you have make the head become wrong since you has use water to clean the head. It is dangerous since air bubble will trap between the ink and the print head. Bring it to EPSON and let them to help you. After you repair the machine, never do this again since it will make your print head has problems. Believe the middle buton since I am using it quite well. Thanks!
