I suggest you to see the print out first. If possible, choose one of your photos and bring it to their showroom to require print a printout to see the quality. Epson need you to book a meeting time before.

On my view point, choose printer is base on your budget, and what colour style you like.

On 打印顏色, different brand's printer (including different model) has different printout colour. So I always say take a look on their printout sample. If possible choose one photo and bring it to the showroom to do print sample yourself.

On print speed, if you choose the highest resolution colour, they don't have the obvious different.

On ink cost, I suggest you to choose a printer that have individual ink cartridge, because you need not to replace all colour's cartridge when one colour is empty.

PS. I like the colour of Canon's printer before, but the printout of Epson Photo 2100 can show more detail of the photo that I like.

I have both Canon i9950 and Epson 1290. i9950 is much much much faster than 1290.

I have 9950 which is fast and very good. If you budget can strech further, then you should consider Epson 2100 because it uses pigment rather than dye. The fading colour is an issue
