Hi all,

i bought a fujifilm 50i DC and it support MP3 and photo. I bought a extra 128M Smart Media Card (N-Plus). After i download the MP3 song in the SM card, the card is failure and the 50i DC screen will show the "card not initialized".
Can anyone be kind to tell me what can i do. Can i format the card?? how? where?
Do u have recommend brand of Smart Media Card which is good and durable.

Make sure you're using the software come with your DC to download Mp3s into your camera. You can't directly copy the files, otherwise the files can't be recognised by the camera.

One of the problem of SM is too "thin". I've crashed one SM card before.
Better don't save money on some cheap SM cards, they're always slower and unstable.

Try "SanDisk"
