我將我的 Gmini 220 upgraded 到 firmware Version 1.7.0. 從 XD 過相到 Gmini 220 到算 OK, 曾失敗一兩次, 最後都成功. 這些相從 Gmini 220 上打開都沒有問題. 但連到 PC 就出問題. 當我想打開新增的 Folder 時, 出現下列訊息:

無法存取 F:\Photo\New_Folder. 檔案或目錄損毀而且無法讀取.

從 Gmini 220 上看完全正常, 檔案仍然在硬碟中. 有什麼辦法可以取回照片呢? 我已經 deleted XD 中的照片. 有誰可以幫忙? Thanks!

1st Solution:

make sure the cable is connect to your computer correctly and the battery of your storage device have enough power then reboot your computer (don;t unplug the USB cable)


2nd Solution:

Use the other computer to try this, if you can try this wityh Power PC (Apple Mackintosh)


3rd Solution:

If the storage device can transfer the file/photo back to your CF card, try to do this. Then, you can attempt to transfer the file /photo to the computer.by the card reader.

(1) My PC still can access the folders or files which created before I upgraded the firmware.

(2) I had tried two PCs (with XP Installed) already,

(3) Gmini 220 cannot tranfer files back to CF card.

I think you need to read the manual and call the customer services.

I don't have this device. I still thinking to buy it or a second-hand mini notebook.
