well... the reason is I have discount on this and is no more then $3800... =^_^=
and also I have planned to buy new Pentax *IST DS later(only buy Limited lens)... and I only have 2x 512 MB SD Card so that is my second reason go for that...

also this one support Canon and Nikon RAW format... I mean view the photo at the P-2000...

moreover, the battery last forever... is much better then other one... and is fast to copying the data...
