difficult to say...
SD will be faded out because of existing XD, however, some video cam still use SD card.
Memory of MMC card is limited, however, it's slim....but it's easy to be lost and damaged(depends on human).
MMC seems to be better........

People said that CF will be supersaded by SD two years ago. However, CF now become the most popular storage tool as cheap price and higher storage capicity (1G)! If xD card price still higher than SD , I don't think SD will be faded out in the near future!
