at ACDsee,you can select the photo you want to resize,then press Ctrl+R....

"IrfanView" the resize function can do batch. But only their fixed square size.
"ACDsee" if press Ctrl+R, it is a rotate function, not the resize function.

Ctrl+R is resize,rotate function is Ctrl+J.

There is a free and simple method if you are using winXP. Highlight all picture files that you want to resize, then click 'email the selected files'. A message box will prompt you and you can select the size. There are three choices: 640X480, 800X600 and 1024X768. Choose one and it will lead you to Outlook Express. Before sending it out, save the attachment (resized picture files) to your computer. The bad thing is the compression rate is quite high and it only has three standard sizes to choose from.
