Since D魚郁得好緊要, you need high shutter speed to capture the movement. In order to do high shutter speed you have ISO and aperture to play with. You should also have as much 照明 as you can but don't use flash. I have an E-P1 so some buttons may be a bit different from your E-PL1 but the idea is the same.
On your E-PL1 set mode to S (shutter priority), change the shutter speed to about 200 (which is 1/200 of a second) as a start. If your aperture is blinking or the image in view finder appears too dark, you can adjust the aperture to as wide open as you can (i.e. f/3.5) and adjust ISO to as high as you can (beware of noise with high ISO. For E-P(L)1 I wouldn't go over 800). Play around with ISO and aperture until the aperture reading doesn't blink on your view finder. You can also try to lower the shutter speed to 100 (1/100 of a second) to see if it is fast enough. You should also set the white balance to match the type of lighting you have. For indoor most likely it will either be incandescent or fluorescent.
Of course you can also do all this in M (full manual) mode.
That should do it. Post a picture once you have it to see how it looks like. Hope this helps.
